Booking and payment
Your booking becomes confirmed when payment is successfully processed through iyzico and the system issues a booking code for your selected date and time. With the 25% deposit option, the balance is payable at the spa by card or cash. With full payment, the entire amount is collected online.
The ILYADA-XXXXXXXX code shown on the confirmation page and sent by email identifies your booking.
Free cancellation and changes
If we receive your cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, all amounts collected online will be refunded. Date or time changes requested within the same notice period are free, subject to availability.
Late cancellation, no-show and late arrival
For cancellations received less than 24 hours before the start time, or if you do not attend, the deposit may be retained because capacity was reserved for you. If you paid in full, any refund for the unused service will be assessed according to the circumstances and mandatory consumer law.
Late arrival may shorten the treatment so later guests are not delayed and does not by itself create a right to a price reduction.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method whenever possible. After we initiate a refund, the time needed for it to appear depends on the bank or payment provider. Statutory time limits continue to apply to valid withdrawal or refund claims.
Cancellation by the spa
If we cannot provide the service because of a technical problem, a health or safety risk, facility closure or similar exceptional circumstance, we will offer another date. If you do not accept it, all amounts collected for that booking will be refunded.
Statutory withdrawal rights
Mandatory consumer rights applicable to distance contracts remain unaffected. Legal exceptions may apply when performance begins during the withdrawal period with your express request and consent, or where the service is reserved for a specific date and time.
