A Turkish hammam is more than a place to wash. It is a complete ritual in which the body warms, receives traditional exfoliation, is cleansed with soap foam and finishes with quiet relaxation.
At İlyada, the experience begins in the sauna. It continues on warm marble with exfoliation, abundant foam and a foam massage, followed by fruit, a drink and time to rest.

Exfoliation is performed on warmed skin with a traditional silk-textured mitt. The body is then covered in soap foam and relaxed with a gentle foam massage.
The pressure is adjusted to your comfort. The complete hammam experience, including sauna, exfoliation, foam, rinsing and relaxation, takes approximately 60 minutes.

Nudity is not permitted. You may bring a bikini, swimsuit or swimming shorts. A peshtemal, towels and slippers are provided at the spa.
We recommend bringing as few valuables as possible and avoiding a heavy meal or alcohol immediately before your visit. Tell our team before booking if you have a health condition that may be affected by heat.
