Main characteristics of the service
The selected hammam or spa service, duration, inclusions, number of guests, date and time are shown in the booking summary before payment. The Turkish bath experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Extras outside the selected package are never charged without express agreement.
Total price and payment
The tax-inclusive total is shown before payment based on the number of guests and selected payment plan. Online payments are processed through iyzico. If the 25% deposit option is selected, the outstanding balance is paid at the spa by cash or card.
Performance, transfer and booking
The service is provided at the service location on the confirmed date and time. If transfer is shown as included, the consumer must provide an accurate hotel or full address in time. A booking code is generated after successful payment and sent by email.
Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal
Amounts collected online are refunded when cancellation is notified at least 24 hours before the start time. Later cancellation, no-show, amendments and cancellation by the operator are explained in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Statutory exceptions to withdrawal rights may apply to services supplied on a specific date or period and services begun during the withdrawal period at the consumer's express request. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Agreement and disputes
The booking summary and Distance Sales Agreement are made available before payment. Turkish law applies; consumers may use the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court subject to applicable rules.
