Booking information
You must provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for problems caused by an incorrect date, contact detail or pickup location. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a confirmation code.
Health and suitability
You are responsible for deciding whether hammam, sauna and massage services are suitable for you. If you are pregnant or have a cardiovascular condition, blood-pressure issue, open wound, contagious illness or similar concern, consult a healthcare professional before booking and inform our team before treatment. Prices and content accuracy
We take reasonable care to keep pricing, availability and service descriptions current. If there is an obvious typographical, system or pricing error, we may correct the booking or cancel it and refund all amounts collected. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Intellectual property
The site design, brand assets, text, photographs and other content belong to İlyada Exclusive Spa or the relevant rights holders. They may not be copied, published, commercially exploited or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.
Third-party services
Payments, maps, WhatsApp and other external links are provided by third parties and may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for temporary outages in systems outside our control, but we will provide reasonable support with booking and payment issues.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or loss caused by inaccurate information supplied by the user. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from our negligence where applicable.
